Soul Regression Therapy has been developed by Lorna and John Jackson (of The Jackson Institute) and is an extension of traditional Past Life Regression and Between Life Regression techniques. You will experience your Past Life Regression or Between Life Regression session at the Tree Tops Clinic in Coes Creek (in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast) where you will meet with our practitioner - Douglas Colston. The session will begin with history taking and a brief description of the process before proceeding with the relevant hypnotic induction. Through the process, Douglas will guide you through the Past Life Regression or Between Life Regression process, including analysing experiences and relating them to the current life.
It is an active process - where the goal is to gain direct experience of the Soul's journeying for the purposes of spiritual healing and evolution.
Regression may not work for all clients - it is most successful as an intervention for those that have been hypnotized previously or are otherwise easily open to hypnotic induction.
Under hypnosis, clients will usually remain aware of reclining in the clinic's sofa and outside noises (such as birds chirping), but at the same time, they will be completely engrossed in the Past Life Regression or Between Life Regression experience (sufficient to provide ongoing descriptions of the dual state of consciousness).
Some Past Life Regression memories are of happy and fulfilling lives, but many Past Life Regression memories include traumas and traumatic deaths. The nature of the process is such that the experience of those memories is relatively benign - and all lifetimes can contribute to an understanding and appreciation of our current journey.
The nature of Between Life Regression, however, is typically pleasant and can be particularly useful in understanding the issues and purpose of the current life.

Due to the nature of this therapy, Past Life Regression sessions will typically conclude within 3 hours and Between Life Regression sessions may take up to 5 hours to complete. Follow-up sessions may be recommended.
